Peter has significant and substantial complex litigation experience, representing clients in state and federal courts and in various ADR proceedings. Prior to Co-Founding PMRK Law, Peter was the Managing Partner of Snyder, Miller & Orton LLP for seven years, and worked at the prestigious law firms of Morrison & Foerster, Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, and Gilbert, Heintz & Randolph LLP.

Practical & Principled

Peter is dedicated to forming one-on-one client relations, finding practical solutions, and entering into alternative billing arrangements, which align lawyer and client interest. Peter also gives freely of his time as a volunteer board member and pro bono attorney, including serving on the Board of Trustees of the Dominican School of Philosophy & Theology in Berkeley, CA and the Parent Advisory Board of St. Hilary School in Tiburon, CA.
